Stay away from even interviewing Gready Hunter, this guy doesn't know anything about IT, yet holds an IT title. Poor people skills, zero soft skills. Could probably use several years of legitimate training to even be a level one supervisor. Comes across as a bully, knee jerk reactions to any issue that may arise, which comes from not knowing IT, he simply doesn't understand how to manage a department. The majority of the co-workers in our department gave a vote of no confidence. Absolutely stay away from interview or even hiring this guy unless you want to wreck your company's culture.
