A true coward. Unwilling to do the hard work such as coaching and development, floor observations, or investment in team. Consistently failing in consistency. If you are waiting on something you might as well do it yourself or ask someone else. He would rather fire than develop or invest in his team. Always looking for some excuse or somebody else to put the blame on. If he put as much effort into his actual work as he does trying to cover stuff up or present things as “okay” maybe his area would actually be okay. He bad mouths women including his own girlfriend to peers and brags about his frivolous personal spending to associates that can’t even afford to take their children to the doctors or replace their own glasses. Has a serious problem with directness that reflects as a lack of decency towards his reports.
