Started out as a great manager, but as the months progressed, the cracks in the facade started to form. This man has no idea how to lead, and would spend more time playing manipulative mind games rather than doing his actual job. This created a toxic and distrustful work environment. The nail in the coffin was when he asked for constructive feedback, which I offered. As a result, I was faced with retaliation. Other coworkers were told to avoid me, and he would watch me on the security cameras, nitpicking every little mistake so he could write me up. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and I was essentially backed into a corner and forced to quit. If you want your business to succeed, do not hire this man. If you want to tarnish your brand and run your professional reputation into the ground, then he’s your guy!
