She pretends she is your biggest advocate but she low key does not want you to do better. She will say one thing and do the opposite. She will repeatedly say she did not say something although there have been multiple occurrences where other employees witness otherwise. Her focus is to make sure we work as robots and not engage with each other. Erlyne’s goal is not teamwork. She attempts to take credit for other people’s work. She will belittle her employees, she expresses if she dislikes an employee. She has two different sides when iPhone management and upon employees. She favors employees more than others.
