Erin was the worst boss I've ever worked with in my 25+ years working in retail. She has an extremely negative attitude, is abrasive, loud and dominating to the point that no one can comfortably weigh in or have a detracting point of view. She squashes diverse thinking and forces everyone to conform to her own point of view. She has no experience working in product where she currently acts as a VP. Working for her has been my great displeasure and I would never work for her by choice. She has a background in Marketing and tries to apply it too strongly to product, like forcing the anti-social types from product and IT into social activities where they have to pretend to enjoy it; an incredibly degrading experience. If you come across this person, I suggest you run in the opposite direction as quickly as possible.
