Narcissistic bureaucrat who somehow got hired into being director of data despite having never lead a programming team before. Will readily take credit for your ideas and work, any complaints about doing your colleague's work- no problem, according to Erik that is how the company is supposed to function. No clear path for promotion- intentionally done. Too much work, your problem, not Erik's- if Erik suddenly decides to change entire tech stack it's on you for not explaining how long this would take. Tag on if you actually politely confront him about any of these abusive behaviors, and he'll ignore you until you say something he can use against you. A+ communication right there!
