very bad at work. He has been in fights with many coworkers and will blame others. Most times keeps to him self, but that is good, when he talks he is confusing and contributes very little. He got mad when a person drank all the milk in the community fridge. Many time broke tithe rules and blames others. He can be smart did pass EMT test. Little respect for others and expects it from others. Not liked by the union reps because he has made many bad requests and gets mad when they tell him. Was the reason two union reps gave up position.

Member acts like he is in charge of everyone. Makes races comments and then justifies them with accusing others they did wrong. No one wants to work with the Member because he will make up things to get his way. He will cry if he has to do anything and refuses to comply with rules in place. Member was about to get fired and went on FMLA to avoid it. Claimed a breakdown when he had to do some work but then went on trip to Philippines while on FMLA. He may know he was about to be fired so stopped working and blamed people at work for picking on him. He can do some things well but should be on his own so he can not blame others. Has no respect for others,
