Hands down one of the most incompetent and out of touch managers I’ve ever had in my 10+ years of working experience. She regularly utilized the legal loophole in CA that allows managers to schedule employees 40+ hours consecutively without getting paid overtime. After she was hired, people started quitting and the turnover rate increased significantly. She made everyone miserable. AVOID this woman at all costs, and good luck if you ever have the misfortune of working for her. Trust me, you’ll need it.
