Emily joined our 200 year old company in the winter of 2021 to immediately be awarded 3 simultaneous positions, without ever proving she could manage one position. Upon her hiring, people started getting fired regularly, or quit.
Emily has no people skills. She is cold. She makes decisions based upon what she thinks is right, without having any knowledge of our special education school, the culture, the mission, or the humanity of our school.
You do not want to work for this power hungry self promoter. She is insincere and does not care about all you will do to better the lives of hurt children.
She ruined a 200 year old culture in six months. We have lost many of our best, as a direct result of her inhumane approach to her leadership. Her leadership is by force, she is unable to model the leadership that would make you want to follow her.
