Ms. Stacey is an embarrassment as a director. The only reason she has the position of rehab director is because of her daddy. She is the daughter of the owner, which makes her the owner as well. Elizabeth didn't accomplish anything on her own, she barely passed her 2-year degree as an assistant in occupational therapy. Unfortunately, her limited knowledge of therapy, her unprofessionalism, and her daily absence from work makes Riviera a risky rehabilitation center. Due to poor leadership, lack of knowledge, and hostility toward the staff. Riviera had an amazing therapy team, and many left due to Elizabeth's delinquent ways of managing the therapy department, which only focuses on making money and doesn't care about the patient's well-being. If you care about your loved ones, please find another place for them. If you are a health professional have more respect for yourself and go work somewhere else. This company has the worst health insurance (Obamacare), no 401K, no PTO, no sick days accrual, no direct deposit (you have to wait to get your check in person), and no respect as a clinician. Their HR department is a joke, you will never get any answers or privacy.
