Doesn't hold team members accountable when they fail to do their jobs. He is a horrible communicator, constantly forgetting to follow through with promises. He and the company implemented Disney training but doesn't practice anything that they made the employees sit through. He is the reason 2 directors left. I ultimately walked out because he said I was mean to the janitor for asking him to empty my garbage that hadn't been emptied in over a week. Just don't work for Thorbeckes. The owner is absent and any complaints go to his sister who is head of HR and he wont do anything about the incompetence of the general manager.
