Edwin Coello is by far the worst human I have ever come across. He will lie to your face and take credit for your work without a second thought. From day one, he did not want me on his team because I had more knowledge than him and he is a professional at making his supervisors THINK he knows so much when in reality he doesn't even know the basics. He worked for a highly technical computer unit and used Microsoft Paint to do basic photo edits. Anyone in the computer world knows how comical this is and pathetic as well. When it came from over his head that I would be entering the unit, he had no choice to deal with it because his supervisors clearly knew I was way more proficient and experienced than he will ever be. I was a privately trained specialist, he was someone who passed a civil service exam I was uninterested in even applying for. First, he will try and build you up and make it like he is on your team but in reality, he is just using you to make himself look better with his supervisors. A common boss trait, until you catch him lying. He had promised to leave my credentials active and 9 hours later, he removed them while I was at a meeting in which I needed them and had no reason to believe they would be removed without word. He lies about recommending you for promotion time and time again, hanging the carrot for you to chase. He asked me to send him an e-mail of an important document. He takes the words out of my writing and puts them on someone elses' recommendation, clearly plagiarizing and lying about another employees skills. He invades the privacy of employees and demands for you to tell him personal information and then gets mad when he hears the response and uses it against you. He discredits you by making a unique skill look universal and standard. He uses your work and takes it with you to gain in the private industry. He was served a cease and desist letter in March of 2023 for using a copyrighted logo. His integrity is just terrible and he can not be trusted in any capacity. He knows how to make someone think he is raising mountains when in reality, he is just pushing daisies. When challenged, he uses his position to run and hide. I have zero respect for this human. I left working for him because he uses his co-workers like chess pieces and turns everyone against each other. Unfortunately, because of his actions, I had to return to his unit and I impatiently await for the day we can meet again to settle the score.
