This woman is the worse supervisor I've ever had. She picks favorites based who is willing to do her job and has no tolerance for anyone unless they are beneficial to her in some. She's extremely uppity and does not fit into a production environment. The big kicker is that her Linkin profile gives the impression she she is the supervisor of a large team of quilters and sewers. The truth is that she was a supervisor over sewing with approximately 40 employees and was demoted to supervising quilting with only 9 employees. She couldn't even handle the lessor responsibility and even toon to being verbally abusive and demeaning to some of the employees who she saw as hindering. If you're considering hiring this lady, be warned that you will regret it. If you find yourself working under her, request a transfer or just quit. She's not going to be anything but a pain.

Very lazy and dependant on others to do her job. Mopes around the plant looking like her best friend died or something. Pretends to be more than she actually is. Probably lied on her resume because Tempur Sealy would never have hired her otherwise
