I often wonder what life could be like for this woman at home, based off the way she treats her employees. She's a control freak who seeks to be intimidating. While she has the title of a leader, she is not. She doesn't take the time to know her employees, neither does she care about the well-being of the school. I have witnessed her talk to staff like a dog, she is the definition of toxic. She's not the type of person that can lead a school through the battle. She needs to be somewhere where the war has been won and it's smooth sailing. I'm truly disgusted with her work ethic and lack of compassion for others. Working for her was a horrible experience. There's nothing that I learned from her to take on in my career. She has taunted and bullied staff out of the school. Hurt people, hurt people. She made it her missions to hurt others intentionally. She is not someone I would recommend working with or for.

Jatan has chased multiple teachers out of her school in her first years as principal at Montclair. She picks people to attack and finds small insignificant reasons to demean them or punish them and ultimately takes away from student success in doing so. Discouraging and targeting teachers hurts kids, and thats apparent in the high turnover rates under her leadership.
