She will use your ideas and not give you credit for them. She lacks effective communication skills. There were times when she gave conflicting directives and other times when she was not clear in expectations. During performance reviews, she does not provide constructive feedback. She only focuses on negative aspects. Her knowledge as it relates to the field of human resources is limited to diversity, inclusion, and reporting. She is consumed with micromanaging.
