no trust in these managers working for her, micromanaging people, less communication is the best way for less improvment the managers below her leadership, take manys comments to personnal, good idea and good way come from her side only, not able set up level of her managers after STL role, no personnal coaching or training session.
I don’t recommended at all, she know how to speak and be gentle for recruting, but after been hire any future step will come for you. Pass your turn, if you could!
