If you are looking to be micro-managed to the point you want to take your own life, than this is your lady. I've worked for Compass Group for over 10 years and I have never had a more manipulative, controlling, egotistic & narcissistic individual in my life. It has been witnessed by many how she talks down to her managers, that are not her favorites. She spews lies and sets you up for failure. Am I saying I am perfect, absolutely not. However, when a new associate who is not familiar with the way things are run asks you for assistance and/or the tools they need to do their job and you deny them, well you are being petty and childish. You do not make people better, you bully them until they submit to your "way of doing things". Corporate tells us how to do things, and you are supposed to be the leader that follows those protocols & procedures down the pipeline to your salaried managers & then to the hourly associates. Do not bring your personal preferences to the table and call yourself a DM that makes other managers better. Empty promises Extreme gas lighting Unprofessional work behavior Narcissist
