Dawn shows enthusiasm to leadership and often takes on responsibilities outside of her scope. Great employee, but meh manager. She struggles managing Professional staff. Her social skills are very peculiar. She has a dismal hiring record as she completely lacks the ability to read people or a room of people. This blind spot leads her to put people in the wrong role or work group. Her manager style is a "one size fits all" approach which often causes conflict with the team. She once "lost" a contractor for 5 weeks without realizing it. Other contractors have walked out the door without notice due to her management style. She deflects blame to others and has falsely accused staff. Perhaps managing a fast-food restaurant or a department store would better suit her ability but not managing people at all is probably best.
