Nobody gets along with David unless they are one of his favorites. He seems to pick and choose who he wants to develop based not on merit but rather who will charm him. Those who may be perceived as humble might get lucky with him but if you dare to be a hard working, confident, and well educated employee it will be your end. If you ask him a question that he doesn’t like, he will treat you like you’re dumb or annoying. His anger gets in the way of his leadership which I hope exists under these layers. I have good faith in people and David is one of few who make it hard.
