I hope he reads this, this man is horrible at his job. He only got the position because he was friends with the previous owner. He doesnt know how to run a company and should not be allowed to so that just speaks for corporate as well for keeping him. Hes making changes that make no sense right now instead of fixing major issues we have been having for over a year. He curses constantly when talking to employees super unprofessional, dropping the f bomb during meetings. Morale is so low that when people walk into work they just sigh when the job itself is actually amazing its just the fact that we have to work for this man. He has no knowledge that is useful to us. Treats 2nd shift like an unwanted step child even tho we do most of the work, got rid of half the staff, then has the audacity to ask us to do overtime. Most of the upper management under him is equally as incompetent so hes clearly just promoting those who suck up to him because nothing gets done. Ventilation in the building is trash and the a/c is either way too high or low and they cant seem to hire someone who can do thier job to fix it. he only cares about how he looks to his boss and the community when just about every employee trash talks him and some even wishing pain. There are so many great employees that if given the right postiton this company would take off but he doesnt care because they arent brown nosing him. He should be ashamed, hes a terrible boss and all over a trash human being.
