Boss is very hard to get a hold of. Can’t seem to understand the company pays for his cell phone, but refuses to answer it. Puts his employees in danger by not getting there company owned vehicles fixed because it affects his bonus at the end of the year. He violates company policy and federal law in his decision making as a leader. He doesn’t know how to manage. He doesn’t care about his employees. He changed all the surveys of his employees before they went to corporate because they were all beg towards him.
