If you looked the word evil up in the dictionary her name would be beside it. If you went to the word narcissist it would tell you to refer to evil. This woman lies about everything whether work related or her own experiences and life. She lies to her staff, customers and business partners. She treats staff disrespectfully. She blows up on employees to the point where multiple employees have broken down crying in the store. She accuses people of things she made up in her own head. Any attempt to defend yourself or explain what you were doing will lead to accusations of disobedience or she'll snidely remark that you're taking things personally while she insults your intelligence. She spreads rumors, gossips and talks badly about her employees. She insults and belittles her customers. She will not take accountability for herself instead preferring to scapegoat and blame her mistakes on others. She fires people for having the temerity to disagree with her. Interrupts conversations to talk about herself. Whines constantly then talks about what a great person she is. She comes into work hungover and claims she stayed up late working when she spent her night out partying and getting drunk with people half her age while complaining about her husband. Her husband is a pastor and she claims to be all about church and the bible yet her actions are an example of everything Jesus said not to do.

This woman is evil. She rants and raves at employees in front of customers, lies to customer about her experience and is simply not a nice person.
