Is everything opposite of what a good leader should be. Does not know how to or doesn’t communicate at all. Looks out for poor performance but does not manage it well. Does not care about employee relationships and will often throw anyone under the bus to defer the negative attention or blame from herself. Always says “I can’t do anything if I don’t know what’s going on” if you’re the principal of your own school, how do you not know what’s going on? Is a compulsive liar and will blatantly lie and shift blame to cover up her mistakes. She has zero empathy for her employees or students and parents unless she is personally tied to them or if they have a tie to someone employed at the district. Goes behind employees backs and makes proposals disregarding employee feedback and does not support her employees. Has a self inflated ego that even though more than half of her employees left she thinks the problem lies with them and not herself. If you ever hear her name as a principal/employer, run.
