This man is an incredibly maniacal, misogynistic, and power-tripping individual. He is very poor at communicating and managing and he regularly takes it out on all of his employees. Very discriminating towards different races and sexes. Has had multiple full staff walkouts. Took advantage of his managers over COVID and then threw them out like trash when it was over. His incompetence regularly caused huge problems with the store functions and inventory, but he has a rich daddy that bails him out of trouble so he has never had to face consequences or learn moral values. Just a scum person. Beware working for him. I only gave him a B under authenticity because honestly he presents himself as a scumbag right away so it's on you if you choose to work with him.
