Chris is a micromanager who will not allow staff to help at all so nothing gets done. He is supposed to be the director but does allow the manager to mange. Chris insist on a schedule the entire team hates including the current manager. Chris lies to the staff and just tells people what he thinks they want to hear and doesn’t act on anything. Chris doesn’t hold anyone accountable for anything. We have staff that crash trust and lie about it, staff that refuse to complete outdates and work with expired medication and equipment. Over all Cjrus is a terrible boss.
