Chris Nowicki was supposed to take over an ailing department (TAD), but has only made it worse. In the past three years he lost all the contracts (save for two); went from 30 employees to 12; and spends most of his time trying to figure out ways to avoid his staff. I'm not sure how he's trying to manage a department he is avoiding. He openly admitted that he only promotes people who do parts of his job for him. Since he's only interested in himself, employees with good talent leave, because they don't receive pay. He is a Videographer, trying to run a Game Simulation department, and isn't doing a good job, nor is he trying to learn anything about game development.
