He initially gives off a facade of enthusiasm and willingness to communicate but will fall short in communication whether it be to sickness, being tired or just plain outright not giving a reason. He does not follow up emails nor any other form of communication that he recommends to his work peers. I am tired of the discrepancies when it comes to supervising the results of the work assigned to his department. He does not respect his co-workers or the students assigned to his team. it is a complete disappointment.
