Sweet up front, but fom my experience couldn't handle her cool when behind closed doors & no one watching, 0her true colors came out & can belittle you. Always says she cares, but actions speak louder than words. She is highly sensitive to when calling out the BS within her inner circle. Can't handle that truth. You will be doing as trained by manager & according to current policies, but she will do the complete opposite, making you look bad, instead of backing you up. Customer Service comes first before the team, even if you're right. Too bad botox can't straighten out fake personality. My advice, stick on her good side or they'll find reasons to write you up. And always confirm with HR if you're unsure.
