Charles is not fit to be a manager at his old age. He usually came into work with a bad attitude. We would often have meetings and sometimes they would be peppered with f bombs just because he had a bad day or morning. He constantly told his employees he’s feeling like “firing someone today” just because of his mood. I submitted an availability change over our work app, and I was fired immediately over text, without discussion. I had open availability up until that point and never no called no showed nor got in trouble at the establishment. I was suddenly told I was not a “good fit” for asking for part time hours.
