She's experienced and worked for Mac Cosmetic for a long time therefore she has knowledge about the products. However, working with her is a roller coaster, she's always work by her emotions and can be happy or grumpy anytime and make everyone around so frustrated. At times she's brought her family problems to workplace and make that the reason why she's mad at everyone. She's always blaming the wrong on employees and make employees feel small by not doing enough and they are making her stressed, but in reality it's the opposite. She will always get annoyed whenever an employee ask for helps or have questions or concerns. She doesn't care about her employees well being and forced an employee to go to work when she's still not felling well and tested positive on her 10 days of getting Covid. She pressured to mark that employee as "leaving work without call" if the employee call HR for more days off to rest.
