Castara wrote up every therapist with any minor incident including having coffee at their desk or reporting misconduct for disagreeing with her. She made every therapist including myself feel under valued and treated us as work horses and created an atmosphere of distrust. It continues to be a very hostile work environment. Unfortunately, HR supports only management despite numerous complaints.
