I let this supervisor know that someone had been stalking me for several months and she shrugged her shoulders. Everyone in the office was already aware of his sexual harassment of me. His secretary reported to her what she had seen. This secretary acted shocked and said maybe he thought it was going to be like the prison where he came from where they all had affairs. She said that maybe he and his girlfriend had an open relationship and that with his house there he could easily have an affair. He fixated on areas of my body several times. Staring, leering, following, stalking, getting too close. Carrie Hartzog made a comment about me dating two people who lived near me twenty years prior “limits” before I said anything about his behavior and after she saw me try to handle this situation on my own and put a stop to it. She mocked my breakdown by saying they were adults there. None of their behavior reflected any maturity, hers included. I experienced hostile behaviors from two women who saw his behavior before I said anything about his behavior or did anything. (Aggressively looking me up and down from the beginning of my employment to end, charging up behind me fast and close) Hostile work environment causes extreme stress levels.This HR supervisor doesn’t care. Reflection of her culture. She sat back and watched all of this because she wanted to see someone degraded and humiliated. Sadistic

I reported that I had experienced a superior male walking slowly up to my back and back of my cubicle and she shrugged her shoulders. I demonstrated how he leaned over to wave at someone then came up close to my face and looked at my chest as he stepped away and she said that was not sexual harassment. I texted her to let her know that I would be getting my doctor’s note to take extended sick leave at my appointment in a day or two and she gave me a termination letter.
