Constantly micro manages, loves to put the blame on you for things she's done wrong, she manipulates, bullies, and controls your every move, doesn't have any respect for your personal time, will contact you constantly after work hours simply because she can, will tell you one thing, then turn around and tell you something completely different, has the beginning forms dementia, will claim you didn't send her something or do something she asked when you did, has to have multiple CONFIDENTIAL spreadsheets for EVERYTHING! Will not allow you to do your work yourself, loves to poor work on you but then take the credit, and will find fault with something and blame you, plays favorites with certain staff.
