Carole is dreaded because she is so mean and condescending to everyone. She is constantly changing direction and does not tell anyone she is changing anything. She then blames and shames people openly, in a group setting, for not doing what she thought of, but did not communicate at all. You never know what to expect with Carole because she is so irrational and erratic.

Carole is known to be difficult and to stall progress. She will ask questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the topic. It seems like she just wants to speak so people can hear her. The points she makes are bizarre and not on topic to the issue or conversation. She is a barrier and enjoys causing needless issues and stalls for others, but if it’s something she is getting credit for, she will bulldoze over you and create more needless and unfounded issues for you.

Carole needs an intervention and to be ordered to have psychological disorder treatment. She has created an atmosphere of terror with everyone around her and no one wants to work with her because she is so abusive, erratic, and irrational. She does not collaborate with anyone and only blames others for her mistakes.
