Carlos was considered amongst other employees ias very unprofessional. His techniques and teachings were way below the scope of what they should’ve been, meaning some employees did not understand the ideas of where he was coming from so they’re training from him did not benefit the employee. Not only being dishonest, his integrity level amongst his employees was many times low. Because his knowledge was not up to par that allowed employees to doubt him and his ability to lead. Also, when you disgrace an employee in front of another employee that can be extremely demotivating for some reason in his eyes, it was OK to do this. Qualitrol is a great company. Upper management was a joy to work with and a pleasure to be around but working with Carlos was very difficult and challenging every single day.
