Candice Shih gained her position by demonstrating her ability to “manage up” and “manage out” her competition. Candice is eager to please top level management at the expense of her fellow colleagues. Candice uses management tactics such as degradation, daily micromanagement, insult to intellect or critical thinking of her colleagues. Candice is very green in her management style and does not demonstrate her ability to lead a group to success nor mentors her colleagues. Unfortunately Candice displays low integrity, privileged attitude and above all demeanor. The fewer interactions with Candice as a team lead the longer your tenure with Genesis Capital. Avoid reporting to her at all costs.
