-Prefers lies and gossip over handing a conflict directly - When faced with criticism, making a mistake, or when presented with conservative suggestions, she takes it personally, will shut down and literally refuse to speak or respond to anyone for days at a time -Places blame on others for her mistakes -Will not take the time to learn and understand technology effectively -Is very threatened by anyone under her who may be more knowledgeable or experienced in any given area or topic -Supports the 'party line' over her employees -Gives extremely inconsistent direction and blames employees when there is confusion -Does not care about the time or boundaries of employees and regularly becomes upset when they are not available last minute, outside of working hours, or keep excessive flex days open 'just in case' -Always sides with her supervisors at the expense of her employees -Is unable to properly manage a budget and track finances effectively -Is staunchly religious and is very judgemental of and at times, visibly disgusted with those she considers 'sinful', which is especially concerning considering the population she is supposed to serve
