-Prefers lies, gossip, and holds grudges over handing conflict directly
-If employees disagree, address her mistakes, or give suggestions, she literally refuses to speak to them for days
-Blames others when her inconsistent direction causes confusion, for her mistakes, and the many issues stemming from her lack of technological and basic computer skills
-Unable to advocate for her employees and is intimidated by all in authority over her to the point she will even agree with things she knows are false, are a detriment to her employees, or unethical
-Threatened if employee under her has more knowledge or experience in any area/topic
-Doesn't respect employee's time or boundaries: is consistently upset if they aren't available last minute, outside of working hours, or can't keep excess flex days open 'just in case'
-Staunchly religious and judgemental of and at times, visibly disgusted with those she considers 'sinful', which is especially concerning considering the population she is supposed to serve
