After being laid off for a while, I came across this note in a folder that prompted this review. It says: exploited harrassed undue pressure taken advantage of (job of 2 people paid for one) don't know what else to do wearing two hats told no overtime even when I turned in good work product, boss said "If it wasn't so, this could have been a different conversation" affecting home life not sleeping completely stressed out can't eat, missing regular exercise schedule expectes me to understand the products and be as fast as them when I AM STILL LEARNING lack of a real system for [this type of routine transaction] which would cost about $1,500/month in a $100 million revenue company vs my time spent (dozens of hours/year at $50/hr) -- why the emphasis on manual vs a "real system" I am the 2nd to discuss these issues with HR about this supervisor, and yet no action
