This boss likes to talk down to you, call you stupid in a round about way so he doesn't directly say it, he's chauvinistic, and power hungry. Anyone who disagrees or stands up to him miraculously becomes unemployed and/or hours cut. He likes it when people are scared and walking on eggshells around him. He wants you to be afraid and intimidated by his mere presence. He plays favorites with his employees and runs the whole terminal like his employees are incompetent children, whilst taking his supervisor's side in every dispute or conversation. Beware this boss and seriously ask yourself if your mental health is worth it to work for this boss.
