Brett Ryckman is one of those bosses that treats his employees like trash and relishes it. The one-on-ones with him and his team often turned into a of screaming matches. He belittles individuals on his team publicly and questions their work, and when they explain why they did what they did, he fiens disinterest and starts talking over them. One guy went on vacation for a couple of days and when he came back Brett attacked him asking why he hadn't done more work while on away. This was nonsense and then Brett fired him when he got upset due to the unfair treatment. Brett guy is a 100% asshole and does not get results. He thinks being a manager is an excuse to admire himself and treat ppl like they don't matter. However that hasn't been working out for him of late. Brett was fired in a short period of time from ServiceNow because he didn't get anything done and his team didn't like him. He then got a job at twitter and was fired from there in short order. He has changed his look from corporate to a streetwise beanie wearing creative. It is impressive how facile and glib this guy is. Dont hire this man if you care about your team or your company.
