Brandon Ransom Thomas is an unhinged narcissist and an abysmal supervisor. He is a living embodiment of the Peter Principal. He mocked a disabled coworker, severely injured another, and dismissed my 16 years of experience relative to his 9 years of experience. He and his boss expect you to beg for generic benefits of your own service such as taking earned time off, or expressing inability to work specific overtime well in advance. It is no surprise that Brandon Thomas and his boss, Tom Hall, are viewed as poor management. Rumor is they also threatened another employee who left with physical violence. 2/10 would not recommend.

The worst boss I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. He has been dishonest with his employees and his managers alike. He seems to be afraid to fail and that fear is exactly what makes him fail. He also has control issues: I was sitting in a meeting when he literally got served a restraining order during the meeting by the police. Definitely I would avoid this if I weren’t invested in this organization to the degree I already am, and since I reported this information to our management, they seek to really cover for this guy! Absolutely no faith in him, or his superiors.

During my time working under Brandon Thomas, I have observed and experienced several concerning behaviors that need to be addressed: 1. Manipulative and Uncaring Behavior: - Brandon Thomas has demonstrated manipulative behavior, pretending to assist with a transfer request only to deny it at the last minute without valid reasons. This denial occurred despite the transfer being easy to approve and left my family in a critical situation without necessary care. - He could have assigned another available individual to the required location instead of forcing me to relocate, which would have been a more logical and compassionate decision. 2. Breach of Confidentiality: - Brandon Thomas disclosed personal healthcare and privileged leave information to my coworkers, violating confidentiality agreements and trust. When confronted, he attempted to deny these actions despite clear email evidence proving otherwise. 3. Serious Allegations and Legal Concerns: - There are severe allegations against Brandon Thomas regarding inappropriate and criminal behavior, including rape and threats of violence, which have not been adequately addressed. This behavior is unacceptable and highly concerning for anyone in a managerial position. - Brandon Thomas has been legally declared dangerous and currently has a domestic violence restraining order against him. This raises serious concerns about the safety and well-being of those who work with him. 4. Professional Conduct: - Brandon Thomas consistently failed to display sincerity and integrity in his interactions. While he may initially appear helpful, his actions ultimately reveal a lack of genuine care and concern for his employees. Given these points, I strongly advise against working for or with Brandon Thomas. It is crucial for any organization to maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and the behaviors exhibited by Brandon Thomas are detrimental to such an environment.
