absolute jerk of a person. virtually no knowledge of coding, horribly insecure, politic'd behind everyone's back to scrounge his way to a management position by attending a variety of meetings but offering no useful input, was the source of constant conflict, tried to hire worse people than him so he could surround himself with yes-men, got a bunch of my teammates fired, tried to prevent women from joining engineering and would harass them off hours and force others to fix all the issues in his horrific "code". this person is better off working as a burger flipper at a mcd's
