He's great at being friendly if you're a fresh face, even seems very knowledgeable in certain aspects of IT, but you quickly learn that you're just another grunt to him. He's not very receptive to criticism or questioning of his decisions. He will visibly get red and start talking slowly and methodically to you, as you're a buffoon that can't comprehend anything. He has very little connection to his team members, other than the IT team lead, or personal friends/coworkers that were recently brought in. Most of his connection to the team is sitting in his office and hyper focus on queues, assign tickets, and dictate whether your availability status is appropriate. His most recent escapade was to round up the entire IT team and make sure to remind everyone just how dispensable they are, and how he can easily replace anyone of us in 24 hours. He never truly went into detail as to what aspects we weren't delivering on, just made mandates that we are to follow on a 3 strikes system.
