Never in my years of working have I ever had a manager talk to their employees the way they do. It’s straight up verbal abuse and it’s disgusting. If there is a problem they don’t care or take in consideration of your side of the story. You’re already guilty and they just have an excuse to bitch at you and say horrible things to make you feel like shit. Devin the “assistant manager” tells lies and is a cunt. All three of them are complete bullies. They don’t value their workers and are people pleasers to their customers even if it hurts the employees. By Burt I mean overworking them, verbal abuse, not paying enough. The ladies in the warehouse stay as late as almost 11pm to make sure everything is done and have not been given raises for their hard work. Grace had said “they make enough over time, they don’t need raises.” If someone in the showroom leaves she gives everyone a raise as a Lowkey bribe to keep them there it’s all scam to work there. Don’t feel special when they compliment you because the second you fuck up or a lie is told about you that’s it, and they turn on you. They will find a way to make it your fault even if you weren’t involved with the issue at all. They’re nothing but manipulative bullies. The only manager there that is actually nice and professional is Todd. Grace talks about how she has “30 years of professionalism” under her belt but she lacks it the most. The employees in the warehouse deserve to be paid more and treated better. I hope someone sees this and takes into conservation to never ever work here. The pay is good but not worth the abuse. I would rather work at McDonald’s and get yelled at by a customer over some dipping sauce.
