Two faced leader that will tell you.onky what you want to hear. Bob can't hold anyone accountable to save his life and will do anything to look good for his executive leader bosses. Bob is awesome at taking credit for everyone else's ideas, much like the rest of the ADT leadership team - Mike Picciola, James Walsh, Doug Raplinger, Nolan Haus. Bob is part of a group we call the "good ol' boys club" because they protect each other and omit women or anyone else that challenges there work. I was forced to work for Bob. He is a terrible people leader.
