Emotional control of a toddler.. Secretive, narcissistic, bullying, mean, unstable. Believes he’s brilliant and refuses to learn anything from people he deems lesser. Dumb as a bag of bricks, except in one area - manipulation and gas-lighting. This guy might seem nice when you first meet him. He’s not. Psychopath. run away!

The main issues with Billy are that he doesn’t communicate, you can call or text him and he won’t respond. Doesn’t show up to work or support the staff. Missed several fundraising opportunities that were very substantial because he couldn’t be bothered with it. Has issues with paranoia and frequently gaslights by making up stories about things people said and then using it as an excuse to yell at people. He is frequently verbally abusive to female staff members and uses physical intimidation(looming over them, pounding tables and desks) Is not respectful of company money and treats himself to all meals paid.
