Everything echoed by the previous review is true. He's a barely competent scam artist that's saved by his Indian engineers and designers who he pays next to nothing to, while being sexually inappropriate with virtually every female employee.

Beto Paredes is predatory. He actively hires young women that he finds attractive so that he can hit on them. He has no problem keeping sexualized images where they can be seen. He tends to marry employees. He abuses his position and routinely makes employees do duties not applicable to the job. I’m the past he’s had them do personal cleaning and errands. He often falls asleep at work when he has office space and watches movies during work hours. He had/has erratic hours. When I worked for him he didn’t pay employees on time and would do other things, like offer to pay a bill, to avoid having to do it at all.
