Beth is very unprepared in developing and implementing marketing strategy. She often belittles staff whether they are her employees or not by talking to them as if they were children. Many times she is not accommodating to deadlines and will sign up for golf tournaments or go on vacations. Beth also believes that she is extremely knowledgable in a variety of subjects but often does not understand the daily tasks or responsibilities of the staff under her supervision.
