This individual single-handedly dismantled nearly every CTE program in her control. She manages with fear,and will not listen to logic or reason. Beth is not a team player, and is not a leader or team builder. Her management style is a dictatorship. How has upper management not seen this chronic problem after all these years. Do they not do exit interviews on every person that has moved on because of this evil self centered person? Does the Board of Trustees know the damage she has caused? Has the president turned a blind eye on this lady, and the program destruction she has caused and the horrendous morale we have now? I used to love, love, love, this College, and have loved every thing we have done for students and the community. NOW everyone under this nasty terrible lady is looking to escape, to anywhere but GTCC. Beth should not be a V.P. anywhere and should not hold a position of power or leadership anywhere in this country. Could she possibly have incriminating photos of someone in a place of power? It is time the newspapers, board and president see what is going on here, before even more irreversible damage is done. Nobody will want to work here, and if they do, they will not stay. I seriously want to cry for all of the people she has hurt, and because I used to like my job, but unfortunately will be leaving my dream job soon, like everyone else! A grade of F is really too good for this person. A WARNING FOR ANYONE WANTING TO WORK HERE, CHECK TO SEE WHO WILL BE UP THE FOOD CHAIN FROM YOUR POSITION, AND IF IT IS BETH PITANZO, THINK AGAIN AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I had to work with Beth for 3+ years. GTCC was a great place to work before she came along. Beth will purposely set people up to take the fall for her incompetence. I’ve seen some of the absolute best individuals in the education world leave because Beth lacks the leadership ability to keep good people on board. Beth Pitonzo is very difficult to get along with and is often very combative and threatening. She lacks communication skills and will become obsessive about what individuals do on their personal time. Beth lacks boundaries and will call several times in the evening, night , on weekends and during time off.

Beth is the most backhanded individual I have ever met in my professional career. I have never seen anyone treat employees so poorly. I constantly felt blackmailed, in that if I didn’t agree with her or do her dirty work for her she would have my job. She was extremely manipulative. I’m not even sure if GTCC board and President are aware of how crooked she is. If you’re looking to work at GTCC make sure you do not have to work with or for Beth Pitonzo.
